The Forgotten People...

Just talked with relatives from St. Bernard Parish. They are still waiting for help. Some folks are gathered at a school gym which is still flooded with water, and there's no place to put the dead.

Yeah, I expect delta points farther south, till now completely ignored, will have horrific death toll, like Pointe a la Hache to Empire, where delta is so eroded. Didn't have car when I lived in NO, and sorry never visited delta.

Gov response is criminal- from La. Gov. to FEMA, to HSA to Corp of Engineers, and esp. Bush, who raided the money for the levees. The horror.
